Who we are: legal entities
OEG Internacional is the commercial brand used by two legally independent companies:
- OEG Internacional, Inc.: a company incorporated in the United States, based in the Miami area, Florida (10239 NW 62nd Street, Doral, FL 33178), operating under the laws of the United States.
- OEG Internacional Services, C.A.: a company incorporated in Venezuela, RIF J-31030117-4, operating under the laws of Venezuela.
They are separate legal persons, each with its own registrations, obligations and legal responsibilities. They share the OEG Internacional commercial identity and maintain operational relationships, but they are not a single legal entity, and the obligations of one are not automatically attributed to the other.
In this policy, "OEG Internacional" or "we" refers to the entity that receives and handles your information in each case. For any question about this policy, write to info@oegint.com.
