What does OEG Internacional do?
We are a U.S.-based freight forwarding and logistics company. We coordinate ocean, air and inland transportation, project cargo, warehousing, documentation and related services, working with carriers, terminals, warehouses, customs brokers and other authorized providers.
Do you only ship to Venezuela?
No. Venezuela is one of our specializations, but we coordinate shipments between the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean and other international markets, including cargo from Asia and Europe.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote form and tell us the services you need, origin, destination, cargo details and your contact information. You can attach photos, drawings or packing lists. Our team replies by email.
What information do you need to quote?
At minimum: origin, destination, a description of the cargo, number of pieces, weights and dimensions, and when the cargo will be ready. For project cargo, the weight and dimensions of each piece and any lifting points or special requirements.
Can you handle oversized or heavy cargo?
Yes. We coordinate project cargo and heavy lift shipments using flat racks, open tops, breakbulk or chartered vessels, and specialized road equipment, depending on the cargo.
Do you clear cargo through customs?
We coordinate customs clearance through licensed customs brokers in each country. Clearance decisions belong to the customs authorities.
Do you issue Certificates of Origin?
No. We help prepare and organize export documentation. Certificates of Origin are issued or certified by the competent organizations or prepared by the exporter, depending on the type of certificate.
Do you operate your own FTZ or bonded warehouse?
No. We coordinate storage with authorized FTZ operators and bonded facilities when the operation requires it.
Can you arrange cargo insurance?
Yes. We coordinate cargo insurance through authorized insurance providers. Coverage, terms and claims are defined by the insurer's policy.
Can I talk to someone in Spanish?
Yes. Our team works in English and Spanish, from our offices in Doral, Florida, and Caracas, Venezuela.
